More Food Fun

On Sunday I cooked up a whole bunch of food to stock the freezer for the next few weeks.  I made a few different meals, including lasagna, mexican lasagna, chili, stuffed peppers, macaroni and cheese and beef stroganoff.  All of these, except the mexican lasagna, are my mom’s recipes.  There is nothing better than mom’s comfort food during the cold of winter!

You just can’t go wrong with macaroni and cheese:

Beef stroganoff is one of my favorites, served over egg noodles.

And stuffed peppers are such a cute self-contained little meal!

(Can you tell I’m in love with the macro setting on my new camera?)

Oh, and one more food excitement.  Usually I get mad at stores when they put out holiday themed items way to early, except when it’s Easter items.  Why is this, you ask?  Because Easter means Cadbury eggs!  Yummy!
